Apprenticeship & Trainee
Each year we employ approximately 15 new trainees. The hiring rate is enormous: about 90% of the trainees have the opportunity to go new professional ways in our company after the completed vocational training.
In your training you will be employed in various departments. We place great value on an independent and responsible work, a high degree of team spirit and communication skills. You will be involved in our daily business and in projects from the beginning. The acquired knowledge forms the basis for a successful training. Prerequisite for a training at LR is a completed school education.

"Since the time when I completed my internships at LR, I knew I wanted to complete my apprenticeship in this company as an industrial clerk. In order to know the company even better, I have worked as a minor employee in the National Service for 2 years during my school days until my graduation. This strengthened my resolve in addition to training provided by LR. Since 2010 I am now in training for industrial clerk at LR. Meeting people is intense. I use the opportunities offered and the chance to develop myself freely and to be creative. I work actively in the daily business, but also on exciting projects. In this way you can directly implement the learned theoretical and practical knowledge. In LR I have already acquired extensive knowledge and I take on more and more information and knowledge from day to day. From the university to the job
We offer a training program specifically for graduates. Learn on-the-job in various departments in Germany and abroad. In 24 months you will be gradually introduced to your future leadership roles. During your time with us, you go through different business areas in which you are specifically trained and qualified. The study abroad at one of our subsidiaries will conclude with a specific project assignment. The mix of daily operations, projects, seminars, training measures and abroad is the springboard for your career. Jobs can also be found under the advertised vacancies.
