Tilo Plöger
COO of the Holding & GmbH
Tilo Plöger was born in Brazil in 1967. On completion of his chemistry studies, he obtained an MBA from the Munich University of Applied Science.
Tilo Plöger experienced his first business success with Plus Warenhandelsgesellschaft, where he worked as Division Manager. He then started with a global company, Demedis GmbH, as General Manager before taking over the management of Dr. Scheller's Cosmetics AG/Premium Cosmetics GmbH.
Tilo Plöger was appointed as Managing Director and COO of LR in July 2007. Mr. Plöger thus represents the entire product area, from product development through production and marketing.
Tilo Plöger is Chairman of the ‘Academic Advisory Board’ and an active member of BDIH, VKE and IKW.
