Our services with regard to rights of withdrawal and return exceed the statutory regulations under which you may return goods to us within 14 days.
As standard service you have the option either to return goods or receive a credit note or a refund of the purchase price.
Extra service: You also have the option to return the new and saleable goods in their original packaging within two months following receipt of the goods against a credit note.
Service deluxe: LR grants a twelve month quality warranty for its exclusive jewellery collection.
