Barbara Wolff is the new international head of HR at LR Health & Beauty

Ahlen, April 2016 – As the new head of HR, Barbara Wolff is now responsible for Global Human Resources at LR Health & Beauty. This international operation, with 1,200 employees, is one of the leading direct sales companies in the world. Based in Ahlen in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, the company produces and markets beauty and health products – from care and decorative cosmetics through to perfumes and food supplements – in 28 countries. “The promise of ‘More Quality for your Life’ not only applies to our product portfolio. Barbara Wolff can look back on many years of international HR experience in direct sales, focusing on global human resources. In her last position as Senior Vice President Human Resources at a global company, she was responsible for HR, developed global HR strategies and successfully developed HR functions for nine countries.
