Duftstars 2013
An LR fragrance has been nominated for the German Perfume Prize for the third time running
LR Health & Beauty made a flying start to the year: the ‘Karolina Kurkova’ perfume has placed the international cosmetics company from Ahlen (NRW) in the final of the German perfume prize ‘Duftstars’ for the third time in a row. International supermodel Karolina Kurkova recently launched her fragrance, exclusively with LR. The new Eau de Parfum has already made it onto the shortlist of the 40 best fragrance creations and was amongst the top five in the 'Novelties - Lifestyle (women)' category.
And as good things always come in threes, the prize was at last brought to Westphalia. The men's fragrance 'Bruce Willis' reached the top five in 2011 and last year Bruce Willis’ ‘Lovingly’ fragrance for women also qualified for the shortlist.
The German perfume prize ‘Duftstars’ is the most distinguished award in the cosmetic industry and will be divided into four categories on 17 May 2013, for both women and men's fragrances. Many celebrities are awaited at the gala evening, including guests from the political, business, media and cultural industries.
