CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jörg Körfer

Jörg Körfer has been responsible for the strategic development of the LR Group as CEO since July 2025 and was solely in charge of the operational management of the LR Group. Since the beginning of September, he has shared the management of the company with Martin Lipp and heads the divisions of Global Sales & Partner Relations, Business Operations, Global HR, Marketing & Communication, and R&D. He also acts as spokesperson for the management board.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Martin Lipp

Martin Lipp has been a member of the LR Group’s management board as CFO since September 2026. He heads the Global Controlling & Finance, Legal, IT and Operations divisions. The internationally experienced finance manager has around 20 years’ leadership experience across various industries and previously served, amongst other roles, as CFO of the Correias Mercúrio Group and the Schletter Solar Group.
